"Auto First Comment" Error Message

Hello…
When scheduling a post and attempting to use the "Auto First Comment" feature, I get an error message that says….
"Error!
Please contact [email protected] to upgrade your account and start using these features now." (image added)
Is there a way to fix this or should I actually email them to allow me to use this?
