Birthday Greeter

When I try to attach images to my Birthday Greeter, it will not load. Message states, I need to upgrade to level 2. What is level 2 and how do I learn more about it?

This should not have happened so I will pass on to a developer and confident we should be able to fix it today. If you don't see it fixed by tomorrow would you please let us know?
