Cancelled Membership: On 2nd or 4th Pass Up?

What happens if a 2nd or 4th pass up cancels out ?
Does the system allocate a replacement on the next signup?
Or does it just keeping putting new people on the frontline.

It will replace the person or else someone could put a phony person in for their 2nd and 4th person.

So YES if you had a 2nd or 4th person cancel then the system will replace them.
